What is Colour
Consultancy
Colour Consultancy is a specialist service that assists you in choosing the right colour for your interior space or home. Getting started on a new design project can feel daunting, time consuming, and overwhelming. I help you through every stage of your colour project, guiding you to look at your space with new eyes. I enable you to build your confidence, elevate your voice, and develop strategies to get you from where you are now to where you want to be. Most importantly, I transform a potentially stressful experience into an enjoyable one, allowing you to save time and avoid expensive mistakes! There’s no project too big or small.
There are three simple steps to working with me to complete your project:

The Workshop: The Journey of Colour, Inspiration, Trends, understanding your project, and creating the road map so that we can move forward

Depending on the size of the project, the initial consultation will last 4 hours or more. We begin with an hour-long colour workshop. During this time, I gain insight into your needs, feelings, and experiences. I find out what colour means to you, how I can guide you. We go through your inspirations and explore the latest trends, then, staying quite general, we move on to creating your colour palette. Once we have your colours, we start deciding on the colours for your rooms or space.

The Follow up
After the consultation, we will spend, on average, a total of 2 hours of virtual or at home time (if local to Cambridge), finalising your project. This time can be broken down into smaller regroup sessions of 30 or 60 minutes. I will help you through the sampling process until the final completion of your specification. The specification will be a list of colours per room with finishes. I will also help you manage your project with dos and don'ts and helpful tips.
Prior to commencing, we will agree on the time and package necessary for your project. Sometimes more time is needed due to the size of the project or you may need some extra help choosing the right carpets or flooring; see rates for ongoing projects.

on going projects: £150 per hour
Virtual
4 hours - £475
on going projects: £100 per hour
Step 3: The Follow-up
A complimentary 2 hour follow-up is included for projects 4 hours and above.
Virtual or at home if local to Cambridge
Hourly Rate
If you don't feel you need to follow steps 1 - 3 or you want to dive straight in on the day with an hour or two consultancy
Home Visit: £195 per hour
Virtual: £135 perhour
A complimentary 30 minute virtual follow up is included to help you through the sampling process
